About your local Corporate Caterers®

Jim Riley, Corporate Caterers franchisee, has been in the food service business for most of his life, starting out as a dishwasher and advancing to line cook before heading to Johnson and Wales College in Providence, Rhode Island where he received his associate degree in Culinary Arts and his bachelor's in Food Service Management.  After college, Jim worked in hotel food service as an executive chef and food and beverage director and in the early 1990's helped open and was the chef at a local Columbus restaurant.  For the last decade, Jim has worked as district manager overseeing many premier central Ohio corporate food service operations.  Most recently, his short stint in sales outside food service convinced Jim that his niche really is in food.  Because he's always wanted to own his own business, Jim started to explore his options and came upon Corporate Caterers which is based out of south Florida. As he talked to the Corporate Caterers franchisers, Jim Gass and Dennis McGinley, Jim was convinced that this was a great fit for him and one that has real potential for success in Columbus, Ohio. Jim opened his doors to Corporate Caterers, Columbus, Ohio on March 1, 2010. He is excited to serve you, the corporate, training and pharmaceutical professional and provide all of your business catering needs.
